Lightness Revealing, part of my Covid Walks Series, is inspired by my daily meditative walks through the nature preserve near our house. Walks that started out simply as daily movement and a way to get out of the house at the beginning of the pandemic have turned into treasured solo meditations.
My walks ground me and restore my inner peace and sense of calm. They are a time for observation, tuning into the sounds and sights of nature and noticing the intricate details and slow changes of the seasons.
